A native of northern California, Larry P. James, LL.M. is the founder and attorney for J.I.L., Inc. He has previously studied at the Institute for Soviet & East European Studies at the University of Uppsala in Sweden; the Judicial Faculty at the University of Salzburg in Austria; and within Middle Temple Inns of Court in London, England. Larry P. James graduated from McGeorge School of Law of the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California with a Juris Doctorate in 1994 and then went on to achieve a post-doctorate legal masters degree in Transitional Business Practice in 1995. Mr. James is an experienced litigator practicing within the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court) for more than 10 years and is a member in good standing with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in the State of California, before the Federal District Court of the Eastern District for Northern California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. James represents interests of individuals and companies around the world and has committed himself to pursuing fundamental human rights as well as supporting the free flow of trade and commerce.
